Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All orders are charged in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase.
Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by state law, based on your shipping address.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order ships, delivery via UPS Ground typically takes 5–7 business days.
Items marked "Ships within 6 weeks" on the product page ship within 6 weeks of purchase.
Shipping is complimentary on orders of $250 or more. A flat $15 shipping fee applies to all orders under $250.
We currently ship via UPS Ground only. Expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view your order status at any time.
We begin processing orders shortly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@atelierquince.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are estimates provided by UPS. We're not able to control delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak-season volume, but we're happy to help you track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, protective materials, inserts, and accessories
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please email hello@atelierquince.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
A restocking fee applies to approved returns:
- $10 for orders under $100
- 10% of the order value for orders of $100 or more
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue your refund within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photos of the shipping box
All claims are subject to review and verification by Atelier Quince. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the claim is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, sufficient documentation is not provided, the damage cannot be verified, or the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery.
Approved damage or defect claims are resolved with a replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility.
Orders refused upon delivery may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Yes. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural characteristics of the making process and are not considered defects.
