This website is operated by Atelier Quince. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atelier Quince. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein, such as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your right to use the site.
2. Products and pricing
Our products are handcrafted from materials such as lacquered wood, real 24K gold leaf, real 92.5% silver leaf and vegan leather. Slight variations in color, grain and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. We have made every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and backorders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability. Items marked as Backorder ship within 5 weeks of purchase; you will be charged at the time of order and notified by email when your order ships. If a backorder timeframe changes materially, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and exchanges
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Shipping times, rates, return windows and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
5. Promotional codes
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other codes, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes must be applied at checkout; we cannot apply them retroactively.
6. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We undertake no obligation to update any information on the site.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, photographs, text, logos and the Atelier Quince name — is the property of Atelier Quince and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User content and reviews
If you submit reviews, comments or photographs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and publish that content in any media. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights and is not unlawful or objectionable.
9. Third-party links and services
Our site may include links to third-party websites and use third-party tools (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Please review their policies before engaging in any transaction.
10. Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, our products and this site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Quince shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
