Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.

Processing and delivery
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order ships, delivery via UPS Ground typically takes 5–7 business days. Items marked "Ships within 6 weeks" on the product page ship within 6 weeks of purchase.

Shipping rates
Shipping is complimentary on orders of $250 or more. A flat $15 shipping fee applies to all orders under $250. We currently ship via UPS Ground only; expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view your order status at any time.

Changes and cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@atelierquince.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility.

Refused delivery
Orders refused upon delivery may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
